At Greg Grant Saddlery, we are committed to ensuring you and your horse have the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your gear back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and saddles or leather goods are protected from scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest postal service or courier hub; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our equestrian specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
