Our Sydney is perfect for horses who are sensitive in the mouth and who feel a little tense in the hand. It’s a classic Baucher design, commonly known as a ‘hanging cheek snaffle’, and the Sydney is a lightweight, loose ring, double-jointed version with no locking mechanism to set it straight. The round, short centrepiece reduces pressure on the tongue, and can produce difference types of pressure when needed. The titanium bit has a unique tapered form to fit the natural shape of the horse’s mouth and is 100 per cent smooth for constant comfort.
